Apparently WalMart.com thinks that I would like an LED flashlight in the shape of a baseball bat. I didn't even know that they existed! I did a quick search here and I see that there have been some posts in the past on this. Anyway, I want to know about these. What companies make them and do any of them have an even half ways decent light in them? Do they all use 4 AA batteries? Do they all have a LED CREE XPG bulb? Could it be swapped out with a better LED?

I got an Ozrk Trail one from there was like 15 bucks. 300 lm high. I use it at work and believe it or not it has a nice beam on it. Real good throw.

I first saw these in a truck stop. My guess it serves double duty as a torch and a tire test thumper.

Mine is a Nebo and you have to cycle through all modes, including strobe, to turn the light off. I hat having to go through strobe to turn the light off.

The beam has a long throw.

The tint is cool white, but not offensive to me.

I find it kind of clumbsy to hold light by the skinny handle with my thumb on the tail switch with the weight of the fat end out to shine the light on something.

I see it most oh as a weapon disguised as a light.
