Hey guys. I bought this light bar off Amazon. It's a 72W 12 inch light bar that one reviewer says is around 1700 lumens.

I'm trying to figure out a way to power it from my truck. I'd like to put it on a light stand to function as a work light. The bar just has a red and black wire attached to it. I'm guessing I need to power it from my 12v cigarette lighter port, or from my trailer connector (7 pin). I dont want to power it directly from the battery with alligator clamps (too much of a hassle).

Any ideas on where to start? A trailer adapter integrated into the wire which I can splice onto the light (to form one single unit) would probably be the easiest. Where can I find something like this? Thanks!
