I notice a low buzzing sound and slight flicker on Turbo Mode for the first few seconds on my new Klarus XT11GT, then it's goes away 
I've heard about PWM, but I've never had any flashlight that had that, is that what this is?
Should I be concerned about it or is it nothing to worry about?
