Has anyone had any experience with one of these? They seem like a lot of light for the money. 6,000 Lumens in a rechargeable hand held for under $400.00 bucks, seems reasonable enough if it works as advertised. I was wondering about the overall construction??

Nicely made, very good quality imo with a nice weight/balance. Can also take the heat well , great heat dissipation through the neck/body. Also check out the x65, another big gun option and also decent quality. Although it does not bother some, the cool white of the rc40 and x65 kind of takes the edge off having a powerful beast. Its nice to see some colour.............

Check vinhs forum out or his shop skylumen and maybe think about a more neutral offering. Vinh does an rc40vnT with near 500kcd and 8000lm at turn on, also programmable driver for flexibility. I have a 5000k and its very nice...........

x65 wise, again 5000k xhp35 HI makes a very nice neutral beam, imo the 6500k xhp35 HI's are too cool/blue in the standard x65

Spending that kind of money, i would want it as close to perfect as possible, just my opinion.

Good luck:)
