I supplied my Church Orchestra with these LED Stand Lights, actually....a re-purposed "LED Booklight" from Costco. They are nice and bright even on low, but unfortunately cycle off in about 20 minutes. (grrrrr.....)
We really like them, except for that auto off. Auto off probably isn't a bad idea for a book light but our rehearsals can go 90 minutes or more.
They were just $4.50 per music stand. Dedicated LED stand lights are much more expensive, and no better in function, IMHO.

So now for the batteries. I found these Turginy LSD's, and liked the price. Maybe there is a better choice???
