Are there other headlamps that ratchet up/down like the Fenix HL55/HL60?

The design and way the HL55/HL60 ratchets up and down is superb.

Super smooth and precise with positive clicks as you tilt it up and down.

Are there any other headlamps that share this design?

Yes, many headlamps have this feature. Companies like Petzl, for instance, have been doing a ratchet style tilt for years. Likely long before the Fenix company even opened shop.

I've owned any number of Black Diamond and Princeton headlamps all (most?) of which ratcheted.
