Hi!

I have a small collection of flashlights(and actually use them all:faint:) One in EDC, one as a searchlight, keychainlight, and medium thrower in a backpack.
I would like to have one of the newly bought flashlight (Nitecore R40) in my car, since it comes very handy many times, and my edc flashlight is somewhat small with low capacity for this.
The flashlight comes with 2 wireless charging docks, i would like to mount the wallmount in my car somewhere, but it's not very healthy to the battery to "always" be topped off(wiring it to the ignition) Even though i it have overcharging circuit etc, i know it's not good to store at 100%
And let's not forget the extreme temperature fluctuations in the car.

I know police uses flashlights in car, but they use old battery technology thats more giving in temperature changing?
Anyone have a solution? I could just mount it in and replace the battery when it goes bad, if it goes bad after 1 year it's kinda worth it.(proprietary 26650 though)
