Hi All,
I have a Solarforce L2M flashlight with a P60 Cree XPG2 module running a 18650 protected battery. The issue I have is if you just touch the switch the flashlight turns on, what I would like is as my SF C2 flashlight is to be able to un-screw the switch cap a few turn and de-activate the flashlight for pocket or backpack carrying and not having to worry about the flashlight turning on. I have tried clicking and unscrewing the cap but no luck. Any suggestions?

Thank You In Advance,

I believe you are referring to the term "lock out" to prevent accidental switching on of the light.

Unfortunately for Solarforce host/tailcap, there isn't a lockout capability as the threads are not coated..

Some ways to get around this issue is to remove the battery from the light or get a shorter battery/switch spring that will create a gap when the tailcap is unscrewed a few rounds.
