Just bought one of these. I have seen that you can use rechargeable cr123s. I have nitecore cells 650mah. I have tried them in the battery magazine and the light works fine using the head switch but the tail switch does not operate. With primaries both work fine. Can anyone shed any light on this please.

Uh I think you're limited to primaries. The voltage on RC123A is much higher and probably prohibited by the driver. Hope this helps.
