I love the V11r. Hate when the rings get loose though. Still I wish the magnetic adjustment rings weren't disappearing in new products

Agreed. I broke a Jetbeam RRT01 doing something stupid, makes me sad to think about

I have found that nyogel 767a, the heavy damping grease, is amazing for control rings.

The V11R really needs a serious update. It's only feature is its control ring which in my opinion really is not all that great. V11R has been around awhile now. A new V11R with a better ring and say a XP-L emitter would be great. Heck put the XML2 U4 in it for all I care. Add a strobe function to it.
