Anyone owner of Acebeam X45 6500K notice that their beamshot looks like a 5000K?

I just got my X45, and the moment I turned it on, I was instantly like, "This is not a 6500K light like I ordered." It looks like a 5000K to me. I contacted Acebeam who told me that it must be a 6500K because their 5000K lights have to be custom ordered.

When I turn on my Olight X7, which I believe is also in the 6xxxK range, it looks significantly cooler than my X45 does. I much prefer cooler tints myself and I'd really like my X45 to be cooler.

Thing is, I'm not a fan of 5000K. I know many people like it but I honestly prefer my lights to be cool white and I like getting what I paid for, you know?

Guess a couple of options, return then and maybe take a gamble on another. Or possibly send to vinh and know you will get the 6500k's put in.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new, but have lurked here for awhile.

After waiting for 28 days, my Acebeam X45 II XHP70.2 P2 18000 Lumen 6500K arrived yesterday. I promptly charged the batteries up to 4.2V. and fired it up. Like the OP, I was surprised (and dissapointed) by how warm the beam was. By comparison, my Fenix TK35UE produces a much cooler intense beam at only 2000 Lumens. Also disappointing is the actual light output. On High (5000 Lumens) it is only marginally better than the Fenix (2000 Lumens). I was not blown away by the Turbo and Turbo Max modes.

My questions for the forum are;

1, Are the LEDs coded somewhere on the flashlight where I can verify is the 6500K, 18000 Lumen model?

2, The Box indicates it's the 18,000 Lumen model. It does have check boxes for both the 5000K and 6500K models on the box with the 6500K being checked. However there in no marking on the actual flashlight indicating what model or intensity it is. There is a serial number>

3, Is this a case of Lumen inflation?

TIA for any insight.
