I have an Olight SR91 Intimidator with the original and a spare battery pack. Both battery packs have failed in the last year, despite being maintained regularly and never stored at less than 50% charge.
Olight no longer manufactures the battery packs, and I'm reluctant to just throw a $300 flashlight in the trash. I've attempted to contact Olight directly but have not heard back from them after numerous phone calls and emails to their support desk over a period of several months (not weeks, months...). So I don't think the manufacturer is willing to help.
Does anyone know where I might be able to find someone who has the skills to replace the cells in the battery packs? Thanks in advance.
