Nitecore Signature flashlights

Hi,

I've noticed Nitecore flashlight model numbers I don't recognize advertised at sites like walmart.com and bhphotovideo.com and they are called Nitecore Signature. Some model examples are TM18 and SRT70. Is anyone familiar with these lights? Are they a lower budget version of Nitecore?
