My TL-3( incandesent) works if I mix a Pila 168S with a 123A. Will this cause any problems to either battery. It has been stated that the Pils 150 will not work in the TL-3.

DONT EVER MIX RECHARGABLES WITH NON-RECHARGABLES !!!!!

They are very dangerous and might explode.
The pila has 3.7v and will charge the 123, 3.0v ,which is a non chargable with the 0.6v, and cause excess pressure to build up and generate heat. Once the heat exceed a certain limit whic is easily attainable, it will self sustain and do like the atom bomb chain reaction........

The batts to use is a pila and a 17670 barecell. DO NOT charge the 17670 in the pila charger. I use a Nokia phone charger with the protection circuit of a dead li-ion protection circuit.

Thank you for the great advice. I've been looking at CPF for a while , but I'm glad I registered so I can start participating.
