Need some help with Fenix PD35 Tac

I'm hoping someone can help me with this, just got the PD35 yesterday and will be using it in Outdoor mode and no problem with that. I could use some help with the Tactical Mode just to satisfy my curiosity, I've read the manual about 6 times and it just isn't making any sense.

When I put it into tactical mode all I can get it to do is turn on and off, while the manual states that it should cycle through Turbo-Strobe-Low.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

Edit: Please ignore post, I figured it out. Seems a bit flaky to me, glad I won't be using it.

Thanks, I figured it out, however the Tactical mode leaves a lot to be desired, at least for me. I do however like the outdoor mode, that works well for me. I can't get the tactical mode to work reliably.

The other thing I'm not crazy about is that I can't get it to stand on the tail. Every other light I have of this type will do that and I do use it on occasion.

Id return and get the pd32 2016 version if you want to stick with fenix. Its set up like that outdoor mode you like, tail stands, is shorter and has more throw. I have both a prefer the pd32. It does how ever have a pretty hard press tailswitch that can be fixed by changing the rubber boot out with either a foursevens quark pro or an amrytek that i know of.
