I bought my TN30 last summer and love suing it for camping, being off road at night and even end up using it more than my S2 Baton in many cases. I chose the TN30 over the 36 at the time mostly because it was not worth 3x the $$ for 2x output and preferred the beam pattern of the 30 (more throw maybe?) over the wider flood of the TN36. Upgradeitis has struck and been looking at the x7r. Wondering if it is worth the upgrade or if it would be too similar to notice the improvements. Thx!
