Made in China..

Why are all the flashlights made in China? And everything else for that matter..
A while back i heard that most things made in China were junk...I am not sure if thats the case anymore or is it?

Production is cheaper and more efficient outside of the USA. There ARE quality manufacturers out of China (such as Olight). Brands like Fenix, Nitecore, and Jetbeam all produce good, average consumer-grade flashlights. If you want the zenith of quality, however, you are best suited to looking at USA made lights. Lights such as those from Surefire, Elzetta, HDS, etc. are all a cut-above the lights coming from China.

Today I ordered a Imalent DT70..It was the cheapest one I could find online for $194 but after I bought it I realized it was coming from China and kinda made me start thinking of quality and stuff.

As the saying goes, "What you pay is what you get!" I have a Apple iPad made in China and so far it lasts 5 years and more.
