I'm not familiar with that light but Mateminco is known. They're an OEM, probably been building lights for years under contract by all sorts of names we'd recognize. They do (or at least did, there was some drama there) build the Astrolux lights for Banggood - Astrolux is Banggood's "house" brand. But as an OEM I'm sure everything they make is built to a price point. They're probably capable of building a good quality light if they wanted to, but since that's a titanium light for 10 bucks, I wouldn't expect to be amazed by it.

Just some additional info: Mateminco did OEM for Manker. They had some disagreements a while back but I have no idea how that was resolved. After this incident Mateminco decided to have their own brand and that was how Mateminco started as a flashlight brand. I remember they came up with a soda can-ish light, 18k lumens and absurdly cheap, I'm talking about ~60 USD shipped cheap, but they had a manufacturing stuff up and there was a good chance that 10~50% of the LEDs would just stop working. Mateminco tried to resolve this issue by offering free manufaturer repairs that covers buyer postage but their reputation took a hit regardless.

Those are some really cool looking aaa lights though. I'd definately put an order In for one if it was made by a reputable brand.
