Yep. Another CPFer put an 1160 in an US and found that it wasn't earth-shaking. It has to be the garden variety 1.8Ah sub-C cells. Neither high capacity nor high current, they are a serviceable if extraordinarily mundane battery. Now, put one of my high current Hi-Cap Stinger sticks in there and you'll be singing a different tune. Plenty of current and 32% more runtime than the same bulb in a MagCharger.
