    Thank you so much for your constant support and trust for NEXTORCH in such a long time. Now in order to improve our products and services to meet your needs better, we are conducting a customer satisfaction survey. Any valuable ideas or advices from you, our devoted customers, will be greatly appreciated and helpful.
    And to appreciate your long-lasting support and your sincere engagement by this helpful feedback activity, we have prepared a lucky draw to thank you all.

    Rules:
    1. The Awards:
    The 1st prize: Saint Torch 1(2 customers)
    The 2nd prize: PA5 (4 customers)
    The 3rd prize: E51(5 customers)

    Deadline: December 31th, 2017.
    Time to Release the Winner List: Within a Week after the end
    Time to Issue the Prizes: Within a Week after the Announcement

    Notices:
    1) The confirmation for the mailing information of winners will be sent by email.
    And the winners should confirm them before January 10th, 2018, or those who miss the deadline will be considered as giving up the prize voluntarily;
    2) Everyone only has one chance of winning awards;
    3) Nextorch promises that the personal information involved in this survey will be strictly confidential and used only for research.
    We will not release it to the public in any way. And please note that Nextorch reserves the right of final explanation to this survey.

    I don't think I qualify as a customer as I have not bought any of your lights.
    But I will give you an advice I've given to a few other manufacturers who asked:
    Implement a good ramping UI. Or, better, adapt an open-source one like Andruil.
    For most users it's most convenient than modes.
