Sold/Expired Surefire KX3 XP-L HI 3000K mod for sale (SOLD)

I've decided to let this one go, I have too many other projects and lights to justify keeping it around. The build thread can be seen here. It's in good shape but not brand new. It retains the stock 3 mode driver with a max output of 236 lumens. Not exactly blinding by today's standards but brighter than stock, tighter beam, and better color. Came of a 3 cell light so it could run 3 primaries or two lithiums. Any questions don't hesitate to ask. Sale is for KX3 head only.
