From what I can see of the reviews on YT, you should be fine! On another note - make sure you open the tail cap a few turns when putting your TM03 away. That turbo boost can start a fire!
Yes you can charge it in any charger. Just be sure to put the battery in negative side first, compress the negative side spring, then drop the positive side of the battery in.
Don't just slide the positive end directly down as you could risk connecting the two positive end terminals together on the positive charger terminal.
