I've been searching everywhere for 18650 or 26650 flashlight with nichia 219b 4000k – 4500k that are still available for purchase and to my surprise they are almost extinct. Fortunately through many hours of searching, I found and purchased a special edition of EagTac MX30L3-C w/ 219b Nichia 4500k from IG for $129, which is an IG exclusive 6× 219b Nichia 4500k 92cri. Shipping was super fast too.
The tint is very beautiful. Compared to my Astrolux S42 5000k 219c and Astrolux A01, the S42 appears cooler with more green tone. Compared with my lumintop tool with 219c 4000k, the tool is much more yellow and less appealing. This flashlight has one of the best neutral tints I've ever seen. However, I still prefer the tint on my Emisar D4 XP-L Hi 4000k 5D more because I like the slightly neutral/warm rosy tone which to me is perfect. However, this EagTac is probably as perfect neutral white as it gets.
I estimate it to be around 2,800 to 3,000 lumens using luxmeter compared to my other flashlights. I also like the double side button with rear clicky, which is so much easier to use than the typical single button flashlight.
There are only two left in stock. Probably the last 219b 4500k 18650 flashlights you can buy.

Also I would be interested to know if anyone knows of any more 18650 or 26650 powered Nichia 219B 4000k-4500k CRI 90+ flashlight that can still be bought.

You can get a Solarforce P60 setup or a Convoy S2 from PFlexPro with a 4000K 90+CRI 219BT driven at 1.9A. Should be upwards of 350 lumen and a nice beautiful tint.

I have that Eagletac and fully agree that the 219b tint and beam shape of that light is fantastic! I got mine from Going Gear and think of Marshall every time I use it.
I like the beam shape so much that I got a modified version from Vinh with twice the power, but it is a very cool white XPG2.

I have the older MX25L3C and love it. One of the best Nichia's I have. It's a big heavy light so I don't use it much, but I just like having it in the house for random uses. I know, I try to justify these purchases!

Interesting. Never considered that. I would love to try a 4000k 219BT. Thanks

I just received my Pflexpro S2+ with triple Nichia NVSL219BT 219b 4000k emitters and OMG the tint is BEAUTIFUL! Much better than all the tons of 219c 4000k and 5000k flashlights that I have. It even beats the EagleTac I mentioned above. I also love the changeable UI with 22 different mode groups. Although the price may seem high, it comes with spring bypass among other custom upgrades and is very well worth the price especially if you want a practical user friendly EDC.

Also fyi, I compared this light to the Haikelite MT09R XHP70.2 80+ CRI 4000k and surprisingly the tint was pretty much indistinguishable. That means if anyone wants to match the legendary perfect NVSL219BT tint in a high powered flashlight, swapping in the XHP70.2 4000k 80+CRI will do the job.
