Where are the V and W bin LuxVs?

There's been some talk of how the sole distributor of Luxeon diodes (Future) selling the premium-binned Luxeons only to large accounts. The smaller guys like the Shoppe who resell Luxeons will no longer be able to get the premium-binned parts (T-binned III's and W & X-binned Luxeon V's) unless supply outpaces demand.
You can still find V-binned 5 watt Luxeons but W and X-binned have been impossible to find.

One possibility [speculation only] is that the high flux dice that would be needed for a high ranked Lux V are being diverted to meet the demand of Lux IIIs. Dice that would produce rock-bottom flux Lux IIIs would produce at least a V bin Lux V.
