I have a km3 that I'd like to make relevant. The body, mount, head, and remote switch all work, but at 150 lumens it is literally the weakest light i have, save for a couple AAA pocket lights. I know lumens aren't the be all end all of lights, but i am curious if there are any other heads that fit the body that would qualify as an upgrade. I don't have any need for the IR function btw.

You can sell your lantern and buy M300 (example), or other suitable flashlight.
Or find a master and change the diodes to more powerful ones, and the infrared diode to monochrome red.
I first mixed up your light with a series of Scouts, but they have a different thread that connects the body and head,
direct replacement is not possible (if you do not have a friend working on a lathe that could make an adapter).
