It will be fine, Nitecore won't have driven it so hard that reliability is an issue. The only reason to be afraid of Turbo is the battery life at only 280 mAh.

I like what I have seen of the light, but unless they bring out a high CRI version I won't be getting one. I'll stick with the Tubes and Tools I already have.
I've purchased 3 TINI and all three had decent color temperature and good tint. Actual use is not distracting, even the color rendering is not bad for occasional day use. Two that I gave away have not gotten any negative feedback, with one friend getting another. I have also purchased multiple TIP CRI and prefer their tint but still carry the TINI at work, leaving the somewhat worn TIP CRI for around places where it is likely to get more scrapes. Remember that the TIP CRI is in no way a warm emitter, more like a sunny day.

I been in the flash light game a long time. and I think this may be my fav light. .I even love its low setting it allows me to walk around in the woods at night. the high mod is so bright I almost have to giggle.. yeah I know im crazy

I'm happy enough with the TIP CRIs I have that I don't need to pay the extra to ahve Vihn apply his expertise to the problem. For me the TINI dies not have enough uniqueness to justify that added expense.
