Default Can I use a Drawing Tablet for anything Photoshop Wise?

I am interested in getting a drawing tablet , I don't want to spend too much on it, maybe something under 150? my friend recommended me about xp-pen graphics tablets . A bit of an odd question but just thought I'd ask if I could use a XP-Pen Tablet for anything with my photoshop Use ?

my friend told me that Although I can get cheap drawing tablets I personally wouldn't recommend going down that road, cheap tablets are notorious for not working well with PS. some of brands which offer more features but they don't tend to work with PS so well in relation to pressure sensitivity .

So I think I can get (Link removed) like this which is OK and should suit my needs, the xp-pen battery-free stylus features 8192 pressure levels and does not require charging.

If you have experience with different tablets i would love to hear your opinions.

Wacom tablets are generally considered best, one of my favorite Photoshop instructors uses one.
