Can anybody do some machining for me?

I'm going to mod a mag with some rechargeable lithium batteries and a 3 watt Luxeon. I'm also going to want to shorten it up a little bit. If I cut off the end of the mag where I want it, is there anybody who can machine threads into the end for the cap? Is so how much do you want to do that for me? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hi - it might be easier to deal with the thread extension and repair if it is done prior to shortening the body.

Do you know what the thread size is ? My brother does some machining on the side - he is always looking for something to do - pretty reasonable.

Feel free to PM a more detailed description.
