Very interesting flashlight! Reminds me of my MM18vn, two lights in one.
The LED descriptions look the same, but the specs differ. Are there two versions?

I seriously doubt you still have an Eye40vn, but it would have been great to see them compared.

Question regarding the UI of the MK39vn.
Can you ramp the flood to a desired point, then switch to throw and ramp that to a desired point. Then switch both on and they will each be at the level you set, independent of each other?
For example ramp the flood to a low level, switch and ramp the throw to a high level. Then turn both modes on with that low flood / high throw settings remembered?

No. In order to activate both you must double click for turbo. So they are sync at turbo.

In that case, your upcoming dual driver vnx2 version will make this a superb flashlight!
It's a shame Manker didn't make the controls independent like the Niwalker MM18.

Imo I think this is an excellent light. Good at both worlds. Especially with drivervnx2. If the cft-90 does well I will probably upgrade my mk35vn to it one day so no lights for this guy for awhile if that's the case [emoji28].

Well.. I measured 1868 lumen for the throw which is close to 2000 rating.. I think I will get better lumen if I use Sony vtc5a. I can't measure the flood..

i shine at the white wall.. xhp35 is ugly beam.. hotspot and corona are not even.. I never seem like that before.. i hope it doesn't affect during night time..

by the way, I bought the stock version from him..

Re: Manker MK39vn Ranger - "Ideal" Handle SearchLight R

I would expect a wonky beam on a white wall due to the odd, double LED reflector.
In my mind, this light would excell with indendent drivers from Vinh for flood vs throw.
( i.e. Niwalker MM18vn)
