Battery identification

Can someone help id this battery? It's from a small 2 way radio and I want to put it to use. The brand is the hear now.

It's a LIPO cell. You need the dimensions x,y,z. Will be listed as 3.7v @ 200mAh x,y,z size
Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. I think I found one in ebay. I'm going to give it a try.

Hi, thanks for your help, I did the battery and it worked. How where you able to identify it? What reputable seller would you recommend? I've got an old mp3 player with a similar battery.

I don't have a seller's listing, sorry. As far as identifying it, ALL Lipo cells are 3.7v (it's printed right on the cell along with the mAh rating) the other numbers on there should be the dimensions of the cell, as is standard on Lipo cells.
