How much current does the old EL 3>D\'s suck out?
I am using a set for my DD 5 watter....
with alkalines I can get 730 mAh droping to 700 and 680 of draw fairly quickly.
with NiMh I can get 750-800 for about 20 min so far
the 3 123'S will drive it past 1.8-1.4 amps
how much freaking resistance do thet have? the packs feel very warm around the - and + areas so I think that where a lot of the resitance is coming from.
what kind of draw can the DD get off the NIMH with good packs?
