Surefire V1 Vampire with IR - No NSN Number?

How come the Surefire V1 Vampire with IR light does not have an NSN number yet?
I looked on Surefire's NSN page, but the Surefire V1 Vampire is not on the list.

Can someone please explain why?
And is it legal for the general public to get one of these versions?

Aviator is also not listed, nor are either EDCL2-T or EDCL1-T, nor Tactician. Perhaps NSN numbers are depricated for newer models, which have unlabeled internal product numbers on their description pages that do not match the format of the NSN numbers. The number listed on the V1 Vampire product page is 084871325356.

I can't answer your questions, but only ask, why does it matter? What is it that not having the NSN number is preventing you from doing?

A quick call to Surefire CS should get you the NSN number.
