Light meter in the Baton Rouge area?

I would like to borrow /rent /beg /booze up owner for some time with their meter. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

and to make this Tech is there any local area to buy one and what should I look for?
