I need to replace a discontinued Mako. The McGizmo Sapphire I know of. What other's are out there now?

The beam is on the blue side of cool, but very bright for its size. 3 levels, up to 150 lumens. Takes 10440 also. I do wish it was closer to a neutral white, but fairly amazing for the price.

Edit to add:
It's a twisty, though the ad copy says clicky tail switch.
