Just want to thank all that helped with my questions and concerns about the Eiger. It was quite a process but finally got it. Decided to go with Copper and QTC to start and single mode next. Robyn managed to locate a Nichia High CRI for me too. Gotta say this is the highest quality light I have owned. It is even a bit smoother than my Sapphire.
Thinking of 10250 next with both regular and mle head but not familar with that battery/charger. Want one a bit smaller but like the lug model.
It is very easy to fall down this hole.
Lovin' this one though.

I have a black Eiger that lives in the sleeve pocker of my coat. I know I always have a decent light in a pinch (apart from a couple of others that I always carry).
I just stick to AAAs, as I tried a 10440 in an Eiger that I got for a friend and it was impractically bright.
I don't find QTC perfect, but it does what is intended every time.
I only have bulletproof lights and the Eiger fits in well.
