.. in the light from Luxeons.
I have been riding with a home-brew Luxeon bike light for a while now and the backs of cars have been looking strange.
And now I realise why, the reflectors don't reflect as much light back as with bulb-type bike lights.
I guess this is the lack of red in the Luxeon spectrum.
Anyone else noticed this?
Any other explainations?
