SBFlashlights RMA problem (SOLVED)

Not sure if this is the right place,
I bought a L3L10 it came in but the clip is actually a clip on not held with two screws. I have emailed three times sbflashlights and called the two listed numbers but they dont work. Trying to return the light, any help appreciated.

I would encourage you to keep trying-I have not had to return anything but in dealing with them over the years they have always been very responsive. I am betting there is either a vacation or health issue or something that will make sense. I wish I had an easy answer, but over the years the integrity I have experienced tells me that they will come through and get in touch with you....
