Take a look at Zebralight. They have the most efficient drivers and so the longest runtimes.

If you go for a P60 format, Malkoff have drop ins that have various fixed outputs.

Use one with a decent host and you'll have one of the most rugged lights out there.
You can get a SF 6p bored for 18650, or host from Solarforce and of course Malkoff.
