Sold/Expired WTB diffused 3/5mm LEDs with low Vf (white/blue)

Looking for 3mm or 5mm LEDs with low Vf that are diffused, used for decorative lighting. I'm especially interested in white LEDs as I can't find any diffused white LEDs, colored LEDs seem more readily availble with a diffused lens.

Depending on how many you need, sandpaper can work wonders on wider angle ones. How low voltage are you looking for? I think Fairchild makes some really low Vf ones (2.75), but I'm not sure those are readily available, or available in white.
