Jeers to Firelfies

Well I have just about given up hope that Fireflies will ever fix my ROT 66. It has a faulty switch which seems to constantly latched on, rendering the light inoperable.

I first contacted FF in January and received a prompt response from Jacky asking for a video demonstrating the problem, which I found rather annoying but did anyway. After sending in the video I heard nothing. Tried reaching out again in Feb and then again about a week ago...crickets. FF does not appear to stand behind their product which is disappointing as they have some good designs.

They just offered to send me a replacement for the E07 219b where the driver went bad.

I got mine replaced by FF too.

My PL47 had a dim 219B led. I had to send multiple emails and PMs, but he finally sent it. Unfortunately I had to be a bit persistent, but he did come through.
