I'd like some thing with quick access to turbo mode that also has lower modes for edc tasks. Bezel must be 1 inch or less. I thought about the klarus xt1c/a bit I've read there's visible pwm on high and durability issues with the tail cap switches.

Thank you for your help.

The Eagtac D series mentioned above have reverse clickies.

I'd recommend:

Cheaper options:
Streamlight Protac 1L-1AA
Streamlight Protac 1L
SOG DARK ENERGY DE-01
SOG DARK ENERGY DE-03

Expensive options:
Brite Strike 410 LUMEN TACTICAL BLUE-DOT FLASHLIGHT-1 cell (Hi/Lo/Strobe)
HDS EDC Tactical
HDS EDC LE

I was going to mention these too but I know they go over your 1 inch bezel diameter restriction.

Affordable options:
Elzetta Alpha with High/Low switch
Surefire E1B MV
SureFire EDCL1-T

You'd do well to read the product descriptions for all of these lights on the company websites.
What ever tactical flashlight you choose you should make sure you read this and the other blog posts here:

Sorry I think think SOG and Brite Strike options also are wider than 1" on the bezel.

Lastly ASP has several good options too:

ASP Garda AA DF (Rechargeable)
ASP Garda CR DF (Rechargeable)
ASP T1 DF (Rechargeable)
ASP Sentinel e3
