There is a very good chance that I've just mised it, but has anyone handled the new Mitylite?
2AA luxeon model #2360
Thanks

You are right as far as the website goes.
What is confusing is that the hard copy of their catalogue shows it on the same page as the M6 and the M8 and says a tested Lumen of 25.0 I doubt if if it could be 25 lumen in plastic body but don't think it is just a 5mm.
Thoughts?

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif Does anybody know a cheap place (cheaper than this one I mean) to buy this (new) Pelican Mitylite Plus 2AA LED?

Well, they list 65 hours as the life.

2.8AH/65H = 43mA average current

It sounds like they aren't running the Luxeon very hot if they are even using a Luxeon, and/or they aren't using any kind of voltage regulator to boot.

Gracias Stainless, as soon I get one, I'll try the LED module in a Versabite II /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif standby /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
