Gentleman... I present you the great grandfather of lightsabers! 
My friend got one of these new Weltool W3 Featherless LEP flashlight. It has a "LEP", not a LED. LEP is Laser Excited Phosphor emitter. Man, that thing is a monster thrower! It has only 200 lumens but its candela rating is extremely high at 180k candela!
I never heard of "LEP" lights until now. But I definitely want one, to see how it works. They are selling at Amazon.
