Decided to get new "hats" for my Eigers. Really like their High CRI Mules. Beautiful floody light.
Lucky to have gotten the copper.

Had one on the little guy too.

I don't use mules too often, but I do have a few interesting ones.

I like this one especially because of the CR2 form factor.

And this one has an interesting RGBW emitter.

I like the form factory of this little guy. Is he still available and what does Peak call it?
Not sure if they still have leftovers. Need to contact them.
It's a 10180 body. Heads are all the same. Before you jump in, make sure you can find a way to charge the battery.
I'm still trying to figure out.

I have a Zebralight H502c that I use as my night-stand light... works perfectly for that.

Always wodered why they are called "mules"?

JUST saw that ZL has a H503c model... but no specs yet other than Samsung LH351D emitter. Interesting...

I EDC one H502w for whenever I want a 40watt bulb worth of smooth even brightness, running off a 14500 or an AA.

I also use an H502r (with the XPE red color) as an extra Blinky-light on my ankle when I am riding my bike. Wide beam so that cars can see me from many angles.

I love mules and the quality of light that they put out. Unfortunately, they lack versatility: if I can have only *one* light, it would never be a mule. That's why I EDC the H502w along with an H52w and an SC64wHI. And the mule is the first I leave behind if I have to slim it down.

(Then again, if I could restrict myself to one light, I would not be on this forum.)

I have not found a use for my Atom AL Mule, the beam is too wide for the applications I have tried.. tailstanding on a table the sidelight gets in my eyes. At close range it throws sidelight that is unnecessary.
mule left, aspheric similar to sundrop right

I like a beam with no hotspot, as a headlamp and for close range.
I seem to prefer a lens that pulls the edges in, like the McGizmo Sundrop.
Sun Drop Left ... Mule Right (Pics are from Don's thread)

and some of the Sofirn C01 w Yuji:
(the ones with less reflective cones (left), that do not produce a hotspot
