I picked up a couple Feniex T3 lights, so going to put a white one in front and a red one in rear. Anyone know of a power supply where I can drop in a couple 18650s? I have a bunch of them. Thinking something where I can get 12 volt and 5 volt out of it, so I can double use it as a power supply when travelling for phone or tablet.

Xtar make a Powerbank called PB2 which gives a USB 5 volt output and has replaceable 18650s.
I have had a couple for the last year or so and use them every day.

I have been through different banks and the my main one now for travel is QD188. It is somewhat crummy, challenging to figure out and expensive, but it is rugged and delivers any voltage you want It powers my laptops, USB equipment etc.

To second the above, plenty of offers in the area, particularly cheap ones, are absolute trash. If you can, pick tested choices. I just got a new Lenovo laptop, requiring 50% more power than my previous Asus. The powerbank I mentioned above charged the Thinkpad from 0 to 100% in about 1h and I had to use a compact car adapter as an intermediary since Lenovo laptops demand multiple voltages at once!

18650 battery is normal on amazon. Choose the reliable brands and better confirm the size before buying it.
