Should I buy before tariffs hit?

This is probably more a question for the other forum; but I'm not registered there. I have a list of Chinese lights I've been looking to get and with the coming tariffs should we buy before the price gets increased in a few hours? Or are knives and flashlights exempt/not going to be affected a lot?

lights are not in category of items that tariffs apply to, leds and li ions cells however are

but will it apply to small packages, who knows.
