Small battery pack rebuild

I have a small aluminum pack containing three 18650s which I would like to have "professionally" rebuilt. My hands and eyes not steady and keen enough respectively for a self-fix. Any members there who might be interested? Thanks.

Karl, I've got a battery tab spot welder. Just finished up replacing the cells in a Nikon EN-EL4a pack with Sanyo 3500's.

Got a picture of the pack and balancing board?
