After watching his videos, and reading the manual, I still had some questions about programming the Spy Sapphire 007. I emailed Dave. Several times. His responses were prompt, to the point, and polite. A great product, and great customer service.

Same for Australia! Dave was excellent when I bought my 007 from him and he didn't know me at all.
