Hey, all. I've been a lurker here for a while and have come up with questions I'm not finding answers to, so I signed up. I found an old Mac Tools model number FL-306 goose-neck light at an estate sale and I haven't been able to learn much about it. It takes two AA batteries and works, but only by tightening and loosening the fittings. Anyone familiar with these? There's some sort of thumb slide on the clip but I don't know what it's for - doesn't function as a switch. I like old flashlights but this one has me stumped. I'm still trying to figure how to upload an image so I'll add one if/when I figure it out. Thanks.

You're right, there isn't much info out there.

Looking at photos that "thumb" appears it could be the on/off switch. A non working one.

To post photos you have to have a minimum of posts. Three if I recall correct. A moderator may correct me on that though.
