HDS Clicky Executive UI

Hi my friends



I have little problem with my Executive Clicky.


I don't know how to program it! I have read the manual but I don't understand it! It's very hard to understand!


Now my light is doing this :-


From off one click goes to Turbo .

While on turbo double click goes to low (2-3 Lumens)

When I turn it off the flashlight now has dim flash every 3-4 seconds

I don't want the locator flash.

I want turbo maximum and low ( or little bit brighter than low)


What I want is

Just 2 mods turbo and low(10 Lumens if possible)


Tell me how to do it? I don't understand the instructions manual you tell me how please.

Hogo has some excellent videos on Youtube regarding programming the HDS lights.

I don't know about his YouTube channel and I don't know it.

Can you guys please tell me how to program it in simple words?

Would it be possible for you to search for this, watch it, and then explain which step is causing you difficulty ?

I can't understand how it works and how to program it. I spent 2 hours now trying to figure out how to do it right but I don't understand the instructions not even a little bit!

Just click four times from off and it'll disable the locator flash.

I just did that many times and it doesn't work?

Also, you will always have four modes, however you could set two of them to one output level and two of them to a second output level. You can't however make it just a "two mode" light.

Do a factory reset. This will clear the programming and get us to a good place to start.

Then you can go into the presets and adjust them to what you want:

Am doing the factory reset but it doesn't do it right?

Do you know what version firmware you running?

When the light is off I press it 4 times quickly and it's doesn't turn off the locator. I did this many times and still the same thing

Have you done a factory reset?
Also, do you know what firmware version is in your light?

I tried to do the factory reset many times but it doesn't work. I don't know what firmware it's using but I have

The xpg (first Gen) high CRI 3700k

I think It would help if you could describe exactly what you are doing step-by-step, and exactly what you mean by "it doesn't work." Otherwise, I don't see how we can help you.
